Julia Vaughan Smith,
Director and Co-Owner of Anaptys Ltd
Exeter, Devon, England.

My partner, Don Oldham, and I established Anaptys in 1997 and we have been successfully providing Executive Coaching, Organisational and Leadership Development and small/large group Facilitation ever since. Having moved to Devon, I now work mostly in the South West and London. We work with a small network of Associates who work with the same values and commitment as we do. I work primarily in the NHS and the wider health sector, with clinical and non-clinical leaders, executives and Board Members.

I am also a Fellow, Professional Network, Centre for Leadership Studies (CLS), University of Exeter Business School and lead or contribute to a range of programmes and initiatives offered by the CLS. http://centres.exeter.ac.uk/cls/

In addition, under Becoming Ourselves, www.becomingourselves.co.uk, I provide Personal and Therapeutic Coaching, an integration of therapy and coaching, Coaching Supervision for individual practitioners, and Systemic Constellations Groups for personal development.
